I was looking for vitamins that contain methylated B complex in it. The older we get the more broken our methylation system gets. Methylated means more bioavailable, more absorbable. Great quality, clean ingredients, value size! Recommend!

Love this multivitamin supplement. It has changed how I buy my supplements. I used to buy individually, but this product has everything I wanted in good amounts in 2 capsules. Appears to absorb well also.
The quality of ingredients in this multivitamin is very good. Most forms in it are highly bioavailable. The potency is reasonable. The size of pill is average. The taste is neutral. The pricing is also reasonable. However, it does not contain as many vitamins and minerals as some other (usually more expensive) multivitamins.
