The quality and the ingredients were exactly what I was looking for.. the only issue is the serve size..4 capsules a day.. the added PQQ was a bonus.. the package is pretty decent.. I have been using it for the last 2 months and I can feel the difference.

It's not difficult to take. I haven't noticed any side effects. I take it for mental and physical balance, so there may be some benefit. The main thing is to feel GOOD, and everything else will either follow or fall apart.
