Prolonged use can lower stomach acid, at least for me it did. Remember to supplement with Apple cider vinegar or hcl or bromelian. After half a bottle I couldn’t digest food n was bloated n nauseas all the time n I realised it was the minerals diluting my stomach acid.
Theres a good variety of minerals in this i also like that its doenst have iron in it tye only downside is that you have to take four tablets but its okay because theres still 45 doses so it lasts for a decently long time the package is glass which is nice
