Very effective to fight flu and to get well soon. We ordered this and fortunately it arrived in less than 2 days. I took my first tablet on Friday afternoon and by Sunday morning I was definitely fine. Normally,when I get the flu, it takes weeks to recover. I will always keep some Umcka at home and I will take them as soon as I feel the first symptoms.

If you start taking this as soon as you start feeling dodgy, it will really help to stop or ease the progression of whatever you're coming down with. If you start a bit later, it seems to really ease symptoms and speed recovery. The taste is good. My whole family benefits from this product!
This works really well to cut short colds and flu. They also have one for just colds, but you can't always tell at first if it's a cold or flu. Oscillococcinum also works well for flu symptoms, so I keep both of these on hand to use as needed. I used both a few years ago when I had Covid, first Oscillococcinum, and then this Nature's Way when I ran out of the other, and it helped a lot to get over it much quicker.
I gave my daughter these one day one and two of Influenza A and she recovered much faster than I would have expected. They taste good so she happily chews them.
The tablets dissolve quickly and begin working from the first day of use. However, you need to take them until your cold goes away to maintain the effect. I didn't experience any side effects.

The ingredients in Umka are hard to find. The taste isn't bad and it easily dissolves in your mouth. I did have small stomach pain but wasn't bad enough to discontinued the product
I didn’t notice a huge difference when using these, but I was using multiple home remedies and also homeopathic remedies while sick. I’m sure it does add an immunity boost, and they are tasty and very easy to take. I would say the package doesn’t come with many, so it’s good for maybe one or two uses, depending if you’re sick or trying to fight off a cold. Appropriate for children over 6.
