I dont like to drink spearmint so I buy the supplement for its benefits

I was drinking spearmint tea for the past few months. With capsules it is a lot easier and the taste is better.

Mostly took for anti-androgen effects to possibly help with acne but unfortunately saw no difference.

I started taking them for my hormonal acne, there is definitely an improvement but my periods are late.

I take this when I remember really, no complaints or negative side effects to mention. Pills are slightly large, would be nice if they were smaller so they were easier to swallow.
