Its alright, though it appears less potent than Thiamine HCL. I will have to try another brand of Benfotiamine, though the amount of 180 capsules here is quite a lot which can last for quite some time.

amazing product! this fat soluble vit B1 changed my life. helps with inflammation specially when I eat a little too much sweets. capsules are small in size. high quality ingredients. i introduced this item when I started perimenopause. my body was super inflamed and noticeable weight gain. adding benfotiamine helps put out inflammation which in turn helped me lose weight. I wish I had known this sooner.
