I bought this to supplement my nutrition after surgery, and perhaps because it is a plant-based capsule, it is easy to swallow and doesn't cause any discomfort, so I make sure to take it every day.

It’s a pity that this products does not contain iron for healing after surgery. The recommended use for this product is 5 capsules twice a day. Needing to swallow 10 capsules a day for patients after surgery is quite unpleasant. This bottle is not cheap, but only good for 10 days if 10 capsules are taken a day. Otherwise, this product does contain many crucial vitamins, amino acids … for healing. I would give it a rating of 3.8..
