I been using Turmeric Soft gels for a while now. My joint pain has decreased and my feet are less painful. Overall I feel I am feeling better with more energy. I am definitely going to reorder.

Cycle these, not for everyone. Added to keep inflammation down. Still not sold on them but will keep in my vitamin line up for now.

This is my 2nd purchased of the Turmeric softgels. I noticed that it helps in inflammation of my joints. I take together with Glucosamine condroitin for my knee joints maintenence. I take 2 capsules of the turmeric softgels in the morning and 1 in the evening after meals. Curcumin is rich in antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
