Unfortunately while being a coffee alternative this does taste pretty vile. I’m open to trying the other alternatives from this company (maybe the other flavors are better?) but this one is awful. If you’re looking for something that tastes at all like coffee or scratches that itch, this isn’t it.
I am surprised at this instant coffee option. I always drank teeccino’s coffee teas and loved them. This one is just not really to my liking. It has no coffees smell and doesn’t dissolve in the hot water. The coffee sits at the bottom of the glass. No coffee taste or anything either.
While having quality ingredients, it does not smell or taste like coffee at all. I have to add a small amount of coffee extract in order to get the right flavour. I would not repurchase as it doesn't offer anything approximating coffee for me. I haven't found a good substitute yet.
Sure looked like coffee, even had an approximation of a little "crema" on top. Cold version was convenient (I just had to dissolve the powder in water) and could pass for coffee tastewise as well (slightly sweet thanks to carob (& dates)). Taste of the hot version was almost indescribable...at least milder and more complex than coffee. Should go well with high quality milk and cane sugar, hot or cold.
I used to order gluten free Dandy Blend but I have been unable to find it lately. This is a fantastic substitute for that. I can’t wait to try the other flavors. It mixes well and satisfies coffee cravings with no caffeine. I like to blend it with a protein shake and ice
This product has an intensity somewhere between a strong black tea and coffee. The mushroom taste is recognizable for those who have had mushroom coffees.For.me it is not a great coffee substitute but it's ok if you want it just for what it is on its own.
Easy to make a tea without needed a tea bag. Love that. Taste is not one of my favorites, but quality and benefits are on point.
Great for when I want a coffee at night or want to reduce my caffeine intake. I have it with the coconut barista milk and a sprinkle of cinnamon on the top.
Most of the teeccino products have natural flavors, which I don't want, but this flavor does not, so I ordered and really like it!
A specific taste isn't like mushrooms tea. I like it and bay several times.
