I use a LOT of C, but regular vitamin C is water soluble. Finish the job with this product! It gets to areas of the body that "normal" C doesn't. Use both for best results.

The main ingredient in most Vitamin C is ascorbic acid. This ingredient can be derived from corn. If you are allergic to corn this product uses ascorbyl palmitate, which does not come from corn. It seems to be as effective if not more effective (I don't get sick often and I don't stay sick long). - so maybe this is why.
this is better form of vitamin c in my opinion the ascorbic acid and its fat soluble , hard to measure exact effects but i like using it and feel good so keep on going
