I have been having issues with my sleep. Having PD takes me awhile to get to that rem 4 deep sleep. I have been battling with that for years until now. This supplement or amino acid is an outstanding sleep aid for me. The ingredient and quality is amazing. I take 3g an hr prior to sleep and I slowly fall asleep and I stay asleep throughout the night. I wake up feeling pretty which I have not been truly happy but this Glycine is spot on for me. I feel that the benefits are superb in my book. I am so amazed that I don’t feel groggy when I wake up. I can’t say enough about this supplement. I give 10 stars because I can finally get a decent sleep with having PD. =)

I now use this more as a sweetener than as a sleep aid. Was not really helpful for sleep. I used it just once for sleep, though.
