This magnesium powder is high quality and works well to help me sleep better. The taste is pleasant and it’s easy to prepare. However, it’s a little pricey and not sure I could purchase it frequently because of this.
For nervous calm and hormonal balance, with a pleasant berry flavor. Contains high-quality minerals. Medium size.
It helps me sleep better after drinking it, but it's a bit inconvenient to mix with water. It comes in granules, but it's not sold in Hong Kong, only in Taiwan. I've tried the granule version and it's really effective; it's a pity it's not available in Hong Kong.
i bought it for my 17 years old daughter that has ADHD, and it works very well. It has saffron+passiflora with magnesium bisglycinate, all together they work perfect. She has better sleep, less anxiety and more focus. I like the brand , no fillers and msg.
