Sunergetic's Serrapeptase supplement is quite a find! Packed in a bottle of 90 capsules, this enzyme is known for its ability to help with inflammation and pain. I've found it particularly helpful for easing swelling and promoting quicker recovery after my workouts. The capsules are easy to take, and I appreciate that they're free from unnecessary fillers. It's been a beneficial addition to my daily routine, especially for managing joint health and keeping things moving smoothly. Definitely a handy supplement to have around if you're looking to support your body's natural healing processes!

After many serrapeptase purchases I realise most contain nasty fillers such as Maltodextrin which inflames your gut and spikes your blood glucose. It was a breath of fresh air that this one does not (One of the few) so this is my default choice now.

This stuff is amazing! If you have any allergies and you need a way to reduce or control the amount of snot plugging up your head? This stuff works wonders! Be careful not to over use and accidentally give yourself constipation tho. This stuff will dry out your bowels as well!

I have tried this product once however due to the extreme bout of diarrhoea and vomiting (sometimes both at the same time) scared to try again. I was incapacitated for about 3 hours so be mindful of this probably not affecting a lot of people but this was my experience. Tmi warning mostly bile type fluids of copious amounts , anyways felt lighter after l rested, would love to try again just a little bit scared. I cant comment on the efficiency or benefit of helping with scar tissue build up from injuries as l have only used this once. This is a strong ingredient for me or maybe I need to be acclimatised to it. I'm not sure if there is a lesser dosage that may be of benefit.

This serrapeptase supplement uses enteric coated capsules which is critical so the ingredient does not get destroyed in your stomach. Serrapeptase is a natural enzyme and its very sensitive so the enteric coating is key. Great for sinus support and respiratory health.

Was told about serrapeptaste by a friend. The results have been noticeably good, bit better mood, maybe even less cramps, seems good digestion. However, as many people will say,it can really be harsh on your stomach. The first time I took it I didn't have problems. Second time after I ate, it was hours of discomfort. They often say to take it on an empty stomach and "wait at least half an hour" to eat. But in the last time I tried it, I waited an hour even to have coffee, and then just ate a small pastry or a banana or something very light. And waited as long as I could to eat more, at least 3 hours and there was no pain. Not everyone seems to have the stomach pain but if you do, it's worth trying to wait longer to eat. I had such encouraging results in a number of unrelated ways, I really want to keep taking it but have only been using it when I wake up too early and can wait to eat. It's like a system reset or something. My friend also suggested not taking it often, but even in the less than five times I have had it, it's been noticeably effective in really great ways. Different people have different results, so do what is best for you but if you have the stomach pain, and still want to give it another go, try waiting longer than an hour to have a meal. Super excited about this one.

I'm happy I found this product as I suffered from sinuses and a badly healing wound after a dental surgery. I take the double of the recommended dose and that works well for me. There's no taste to it and the size of the capsules is really small. I really can recommend it!

I liked that the capsule has a special coating to preserve the enzyme after ingestion. I take it in the evening, on an empty stomach, with 1 nattokinase capsule. I will buy this product again.

Good quality of this product. Glass bottle, very nice ingredient for overall health size and dosage is good as it can be adjusted. Not too high, so several tablets a day can be used if faster or more pronounce benefit is desired. Neutral taste. In general positive opinion about the product
