This was out of stock in my region for a while and boy was I missing it. I drink this every morning like my morning coffee. It wakes me up energizes me, protect my muscle muscles and does not give me jitters. clean energy.

This BCAA powder gives a nice boost of energy during workouts and helps with recovery. The fruit punch flavor is sweet but enjoyable, and it mixes fairly well with water. I like that it combines amino acids with added energy support. Four stars because it can be a little strong in taste if not diluted enough, but overall a solid workout supplement.
