One pill instead of 4-5. It smells and tastes a bit like fish oil, but it's not nearly as bad as taking each ingredient individually. I didn't have any side effect happen to me while taking them
Good quality ingredients, small in size. The capsules are bright pink which is very funny. Inositol helps balance hormones, but be sure to always find Myo-inositol and D-chiro-inositol on a 4:1 ratio. Together with my other supplements I feel this product has a good effect on my body.

Its hard to say if they work or not. Havent notice much but this is the norm for supplements. Capsules are pink which is a plus.
