I do see the difference, his skin is so much better (something we noticed the 1st week), he has more energy, better mood. I really didn't expect it to be such an impact. He hates pills, cannot swallow them, so these candies are really good solution for him, he says they are tasty. They smell so good :)

I tried it daily for over a month and it honestly didn't do anything for me. the taste of the gummies is good and the packaging size is incredible it's really big and lasts a long time but it just didn't work for me. if these were regular gummies for eating they would have been great lol

These taste great and I love the ingredients list - all clean and high quality. They have all the vitamins that I need except for iron, but I get why that can't be included in a multivitamin.
All vitamins must be taken in separate forms because some of them conflicting each other in one. I don’t like the texture of this vitamins because I like gelatin gummies. Taste is good, low potency. You can give one two candies even to teens. Better than nothing, but nothing special.
