The 2 lb bag is the perfect size for a weekend brunch or a quick family breakfast. The pancakes came out incredibly fluffy and light, with none of the gritty texture you often get with other brands.

Great taste, holds up well for pancakes or waffles! It actually browns up well for being a gluten free mix. Good packaging as you can reseal it without a fuss, I would like a bigger size I think but this is perfect for singles or couples who don't eat pancakes regularly. Followed the recipe on the back and the food tasted great. I liked the consistency of the batter for waffles. Very well done!
