I absolutely love this rice!I use it in my pilaf recipes because it cooks up nicely with separate grains with a slight creamy flavor when I add my veggies and chicken broth.It also cooks up my butter rice and my arroz con polo and of course my beans and rice recipes.This rice cooks up quickly without being mushy as long as you use correct rice to broth ratio.Excellent quality at great price especially because we use a lot.
