Fisetin 500, 60 Capsules

Although it says "Fisetin 500" in large letters, this means "500mg per serving (2 tablets)." Be careful not to mistake it for 500mg per tablet. If you're assuming a 500mg dose, Neurogan Health offers better value for money. However, looking at iHerb overall, this is still a good value for money product. Regarding the dosage, I generally feel that 500mg per day is too much. Personally, I think one tablet (250mg) per day is sufficient. Honestly, 100mg is fine too. I stick to the 500mg dosage, based on the habits of Dr. Sinclair and Dr. Aziz (at the time of writing this review, both of them reportedly take 500mg daily).

Otherwise a good product, but I thought I bought 500 mg capsules. No they're not, only 250 mg. So I have to take 4-5 of them to get enough fisetin.

This is the worst fisetin I’ve tried. I didn’t feel the same effects as with other ones sold here. I have to take a much higher dose compared to others, which makes me think it probably contains less fisetin
