A strong 8 hours Nausea with only 1 capsule after lunch and plenty of water for 2 days. The third day I opened the capsule and split the powder in half and took it for 4 days, nausea was weaker but still present and very uncomfortable, it didn't seem to be fading in tolerance or adaptation after 6 days with half 1 capsule, weird.
