It feels pleasantly cool after application, doesn't cause any irritation, and really does relieve itching. I love the spray bottle, which makes it quick and easy to apply to the scalp.

The smell is neutral. The packaging is ergonomic and quite convenient. The aroma is pleasant. Quite a high-quality product.

The scent is ok, but I didn't notice any other effect. Doesn't seem to benefit the hair at all. Wouldn't buy it again.
