This complex has a very pleasant taste. I only take half a scoop and add citrulline. The effect is pronounced, although energy and focus only last for the first 30-40 minutes, probably due to the small dose. Afterward, there's no harsh downturn; the effect wears off, but I continue training. I think this is the most well-designed and balanced product.

The taste is great. However, in my experience, the performance was average. I think the ingredients are good, but they could be improved. It's only effective for beginners. I recommend increasing the dosage as it contains high levels of caffeine, which is beneficial for pre-workout use.
