very very good product, been a little senstive to stimulants lately so this is my go to pre workout, I feel the effect without feeling completely wired, and pumps are great! Personal favor flavor is the cherry blackout tried them all!
I didn't notice any particular effects, but it was fairly easy to drink.

Good preworkout. no complaints. Good for the days you don't want any caffiene messing with your sleep. I can't feel any mental differences obviously, but I feel my blood is volumised/hydrated more.
I’ve tried several non-stim pre-workouts over the years, and this is one of the better ones. The pumps are very noticeable, especially for chest, shoulders, and arms. Muscle fullness and vascularity are excellent, and I appreciate that it contains no caffeine, so I can train later in the day without affecting my sleep. The flavor is good, mixes easily, and doesn’t leave a gritty texture. I also noticed improved workout endurance and overall training performance.
