I ended up in my doctor's office after taking this product. I had severe stomach cramp, and vomiting. Too much zinc for the elderly, as we do not eat enough when taking this supplement.
I threw this jar in my travel backpack before a long trip and didn't worry at all. The plastic is incredibly durable, the lid fits tightly and isn't flimsy, so nothing will accidentally open and spill on your belongings while you're on the road.
I've been looking for vitamins with this exact eye health formula for a long time. The packaging is excellent, it lasts a long time, and the addition of 10 koenzymes makes it special.
I bought it for my mother because she has macular degeneration, but it's currently unavailable, which is a shame.
I have just started taking this supplement so it is difficult to rate, but this brand has a good reputation and AREDS vitamins are recommended for people with macular degeneration.
