it does work on my energy level i usually take supplement i cant tell if they really work I'm sure some of you think the same However; with this one you REALLY NOTICE the energy levels going up NOT DRAMATICALLY but they do increase.

I havent noticed a difference in my daily energy. I take 1 x cap in the morning. Maybe not deficient in NR and this is not the cause of my fatigue but worth a trial. No adverse side effects.
