These Multi Collagen Vegetable Capsules have made a noticeable difference in how my skin, hair and nails look and feel. My skin looks slightly more hydrated as I've continued to use them over the past several weeks. My fine lines look less noticeable as well. My nails are growing thicker and there's less breakage. I like that my hair has less split-ends and breakage too. The capsules are not too big to swallow, and I like to take the daily recommended dosage of 3 capsules with my night meds. Just my personal preference, but they can be taken anytime of day. Some people prefer to take them with food, but they've never left an aftertaste or bothered my stomach. I feel very confident taking these because they include all 5 types of collagen and natural vitamin C. There are several amino acids in the capsules to round these bad boys out. It’s hard to find all five types of collagen in 3 easy capsules. This means that it's also improving bone, cartilage and joint health. Each bottle contains 180 capsules, so it's a great value for my money as well. I will continue taking these because of all the key ingredients and price point.

I have been taking this supplement for two weeks, and I'm already noticing a difference. My skin looks more hydrated, feels softer and has a nice glow. I've also notice less hair shedding, which is a big plus for me because I was noticing a lot of hair falling. They are really easy to swallow and have no weird taste. If I'm going to take collagen, I want to do it right by taking all 5 types. Most of the products I've found, though, require you to take powder or at least six capsules. The serving size on this one is only three but still gives you what you need for a daily skin boost.

I have tried several different Collagens in the past that I didn't care for. I am happy I found it in a capsule not powder. The pills are easy to swallow, no after teaste, improves my hair & nails strength. Great quality. The ingredients are natual l, Free from Soy, Dairy, GMO. Will be using from now on.

I usually use the powder but am finding it a lot easier to take pills with me when I'm on the go. They are easy to take and no aftertaste.
