This product works. I feel energized before a workout. My muscles feel energized and there's a feeling of swelling. The packaging is convenient, and the niacin in it works.

I bought this complex because of its powerful ingredients. The brand combined several of the most powerful NAD+ precursors in one capsule—NMN, nicotinamide, and nicotinamide riboside—and also added the antioxidants apigenin and alpha-lipoic acid.
I wonder if it's better to take it with other antioxidants; after taking it, I feel more energetic and my skin has become clearer.

It is convenient because you can take NMN, NAD+, and other active ingredients together. Compared to that, two pills don't feel like much. The only downside is the price, but I'll be waiting for a discount event!

The pill size was just right for easy swallowing, and the quality seemed decent. I liked that the ingredients included both NMN and NR, which are precursors to NAD+, and since the folic acid is in its active form, I think it will be good for generating energy and boosting metabolism.
