I have recently been diagnosed with osteoporosis so I take this, D3 daily, and medication once a week. Can’t tell if this is working, but it’s the best choice I found that works for me.

I wish it was a pill instead of a chewable, but the flavor isn't bad. I make sure to take it with food to help with the taste too. I feel like it helps in keeping me healthy by supplementing calcium that I don't get in my diet (don't like milk).
