Regardless of the potential benefits, I grimace every time I take them. They are super difficult to swallow (and I have taken many brands of vitamins and supplements over the years without difficulty). The shape of the tablet makes it hard to swallow, even when taken with food/drinks. And its every time 😬 This most certainly could be improved... its a basic product design flaw... a rookie mistake 🫣
I started taking this for irritable bladder syndrome and it has actually worked. Also helps hair health. I am post menopause, aged 64. The little capsules are easy to take. I would say this is a high quality product. Whatever the ingredients in this, they definitely assist. I will continue to use this product.
I used it without a medical consultation, I wanted the pumpkin seed benefit for my hair and I remembered watching a video of a guy saying saw palmetto is great for women health as well, BUT after taking it I had the heaviest period of my life, lasted for more than 10 days and only stopped when I stopped taking the pills, mind you my regular period is only 4 days.. I honestly don't know why I looked it up on the Internet but little information was there.. the only new thing in my life was the pills and I had a regular period since ever so it had to be the pills .. anyhow just consult your doctor before taking some.
The two products within the capsule enhance each other's effectiveness. The package contains a large quantity, so I don't have to keep reordering.

It works but you have to give it time. I’ve been taking Saw Palmetto for 6 months + and it did and is helping my hair with shedding as I’m going through Perimenopause. My hairdresser even mentioned how it’s made my hair much fuller. I’ve def noticed as well and will be buying this healthy supplement for a very long time. Can’t say enough good things about it👌🏼
