Vitamin B1 with Benfotiamine, 240 Softgels

I love this so far, but drs instructions to take a lower dose so I freeze and cut into qtrs

I'll try combining two forms of vitamin B1 to see how it goes. I'm severely deficient in vitamin B1, which causes problems with my nervous system and slows down my metabolism. This product has two forms, so I'll give it a try first.

After seeing Dr. Berg mention vitamin B1 several times in his videos, I decided to take them regularly because many of the foods that have B1 are foods I avoid. This product has clean ingredients and it's nice to know I'm getting the B1 I need.

Thiamin is involved in numerous body functions, including nervous system and muscle functioning, the flow of electrolytes in and out of nerve and muscle cells, carbohydrate metabolism, and the production of hydrochloric acid, which is necessary for proper digestion. Also important: Other ingredients MCT oil (from coconut oil), softgel (gelatin, glycerin, added color, beeswax, purified water).

They offer great value for money, and I like that they don’t come in unnecessary plastic packaging. I also feel like I’m noticing an effect — my joints seem to hurt less.

I’ve tried different B1 supplements before, but this one has become one of my favorites. I like the combination with benfotiamine, the 240-capsule bottle is very convenient, and I don’t have to worry about running out quickly. The capsules are easy to take, and I appreciate that the formula is straightforward without unnecessary ingredients. I’ve been very happy with how I feel while taking it, so I will definitely keep it in my supplement routine. Great product, good value for the quantity, and I would happily buy it again!

This medication helps with neurological symptoms (numbness, tingling, or burning in the hands and feet) that often occur with diabetes, and also reduces the risk of retinal damage (in diabetics) and cataracts. It also promotes recovery from exhaustion, stress, and chronic alcoholism.

The quantity of benfo is good but there is too much non-active B1 which was not needed, but I like to have the two together.
