This is the first time I've taken vitamins and I feel a significant improvement. I have difficulty swallowing and therefore usually buy chewable vitamins that resemble jelly candies. I bought these vitamins by mistake. They don't look like candies and they don't taste like them. The taste is reasonable, but the big change is the improvement in the feeling and the strength that returned immediately. This is the first time I can testify that vitamins help. I haven't had bariatric surgery, but I have absorption problems and these vitamins are very helpful.
