They're large, but chewable, and they taste good. They were prescribed to me after my bariatric surgery, and I haven't had any problems swallowing them.

Great vitamins to support post gastric sleeve surgery vitamin needs. Great taste, no issues absorbing, definitely glad I went with these as per my surgeon’s recommendation. I didn’t read the need to take 4x daily, I was naive and assumed only 1-2 times daily comparable to other vitamins I have taken in the past but the 4x daily was not an issue as I have to take other medications throughout the day that have been approved to take along side these vitamins. Will be ordering again once this supply starts running low. They are great quality !
