Once you get past the overall taste which isn’t that bad just odd to adjust too at first you really start to enjoy this product and like implementing it into your daily routine. Have I felt a difference? Not yet but I do beleive in the strength and potency of the formula. Do not buy the liposomal delivery if you have a problem with tastes and oral supplements stick to capsules if your not sure sucking in a pouch of liquid would work for you.
