This is my 4th purchase 😊 The dosage is good, and I barely managed to buy it after waiting 3 months for restock. I am a Nutricost fan, so I bought it with confidence, and I take one pill on an empty stomach in the morning along with Omega-3.

Although one tablet seems like a smaller amount than a spoonful a day, I purchased it because I liked the fact that I could take it without worrying about rancidity. It is great because I can take it comfortably without any greasy feeling.
