Very good quality. The child takes it without any problems; it has a good flavor.
Full-Spectrum Maximum Strength 5000 mcg B12 Methyl-B12 Adenosyl-B12 Hydroxo-B12 Brain, Energy, Metabolic & Mood Support USDA Organic Plus L-Methylfolate Co-Factor Dietary Supplement Certified Organic by Oregon Tilth Soy Free Gluten Free GMO Free Dairy Free Manufactured GMP Discovered in Nature. Optimized by Science. Full-Spectrum & Bioactive Vitamin B12 Methylcobalamin, Adenosylcobalamin & Hydroxocobalamin are the 3 most beneficial forms of vitamin B12, each having different body functions. They are naturally occurring, biologically active, coenzyme forms of vitamin B12, the forms the body needs for cellular utilization. Methylcobalamin The essential form This is the form needed to raise overall B12 status levels across the body. It is the most prevalent form within the bloodstream and is needed for carrying out the essential functions of vitamin B12. Adenosylcobalamin The mitochondrial form This is the form especially needed by the energy factories of the cells, the mitochondria. Adenosylcobalamin helps the mitochondria burn food more efficiently for better energy production and metabolism. Hydroxocobalamin The detox form Hydroxocobalamin plays a role in the body's detoxification processes. It is also shown to stay in the bloodstream longer and be universally distributed through the body to ensure long-lasting B12 levels. L-Methylfolate Co-Factor Body ready L-Methylfolate (Folate) and B12 have co-dependent relationships. Both are crucial to the body's methylation pathways. Methylfolate or the 5-MTHF form of vitamin B9 is tissue ready and the most bioavailable form.

I like this product to supplement deficiency. The taste is a bit medicine like tasting but it's not bad.
I use it for myself, and the folate and B12 complex has been very beneficial; my energy levels have returned.
Good ingredients, all three forms of B12, glass packaging. Contains methylfolate. Easy to measure dosage, good economical option.
Why I bought it: I was tired of B12 tablets—I either forgot to swallow them, or they were too big. I decided to try the liquid form. I chose Triquetra because it has not just one form of B12, but three, plus folate. Why the three forms aren't just marketing: Regular, cheap B12 complexes usually only contain cyanocobalamin (the cheapest synthetic form). And here: Methylcobalamin—what's needed to raise overall B12 levels in the blood; Adenosylcobalamin—works directly in the mitochondria, helping cells burn fuel for energy; Hydroxocobalamin—stays in the blood longer and is involved in detoxification; and L-methylfolate is added for a reason—B12 and folate work together, especially in methylation.
