These ingredients are top notch - they taste good but not exceptional - just simple goodness. Italy seems to care a lot about the quality of their food! Higher protein than most organic chickpeas I've found. So difficult to find them packaged in a glass jar, too. Passed an independent test for lead. Great product.
When you don't have time to soak dried chickpeas overnight and pressure cook them, these come in very handy. I keep a jar in my pantry for hummus cravings. They taste good.
