I'm not sure why this happens, but when I take any kind of DHEA, it causes bumps and breakouts on my decolletage, face, and back. So while that is highly subjective, this did help increase my DHEA numbers on my labs, giving me more energy, and I loved that it's a nice small dosage, with quality ingredients.
