Magnesium Glycinate plus L-Theanine, 90 Vegetarian Capsules

I heard that taking magnesium glycinate helps with sleep, so I was going to get the regular version without L-theanine, but it was sold out, so I ordered this one! In the end, I'm glad I chose this one! I'm currently raising a one-month-old baby, so I have to wake up every two to three hours, but when I take this, I fall asleep instantly! Lol Even though I sleep for three hours, it feels like it's only been seconds because I sleep so deeply! Lol The tablets are a little on the large side, but I think I'll get used to them! I highly recommend it!

High quality with the right amount of ingredients. I misunderstood the serving size a bit, but it's fine (2 capsules for the correct doses). It’s good for beginners because it's easy to adjust the amount.

Holy. This stuff is awesome . Within a week my mind at night was not racing and thinking about anything and everything. I had gone from staying away for hours to fulling asleep Within 30 mins. And only waking 1 a night. Where beforehand i was awake so many times and thinking about random stuff. Highly recommend this. Hopefully it comes back in stock soon 🙏

this actually works for someone that had major sleep issues. It takes a few weeks but consistency is key!

I like it, good sleep. The size of the capsules is a little too big. Good quality of the drug. The taste is neutral. Magnesium is in good shape. The packaging is reliable

The capsule size is too big and pretty hard to swallow. They have the same product with addition of gaba and melatonin and for some reason those capsules are smaller and you only have to take one.

Have been on magnesium plus L-Theanine for 2 weeks now and I am sold. I feel relaxed when I go the bed, no more vivid dreams, I fall asleep much quicker and a bathroom stop in the night normally wakes me up but now I just fall straight back to sleep. I can honest highly recommended this capsule . The only thing I was surprised to see how big the capsule it, when I first saw it. No more Melatonin for me, I am one happy consumer!
