When I searched for curcumin supplements, CurQfen, Longvida, Curcuwin Ultra+, and curcuRouge were listed as third-generation curcumin supplements. I usually use Longvida because it seems to have good absorption of free curcumin. This one appears to be a curcumin supplement encapsulated with gamma cyclodextrin, but I'm not sure about its absorption rate as free curcumin. I bought it because it was on sale and I've always wanted to try a type encapsulated with cyclodextrin. I plan to use it in conjunction with other brands of curcumin supplements.
