Looking at the ingredients, the quality seems good. It's an antioxidant. I've had it for less than a month, and I've been using it for 5 days now. I'll have to wait and see, but I'll probably only take it for a short period.
I sit a lot for work, so I tried this from Qunol for joint support. After about 2–3 weeks, my knees feel a bit less stiff in the morning. Not a huge change, but noticeable enough. Capsules are easy to take, just wish the bottle lasted longer.
