Often people with histamine issues/ MCAS can be sensitive to ascorbic acid and corn based Vitamin C. This one does not bother me, snd I am super sensitive. If you are sensitive to oxalates, I would recommend to be careful of the quantity you take. Vitamin C can increase oxalates.
