I love the pairing of pasta and cannelloni beans, nice taste with the sauce and the leeks were not over powerful. The only thing I don't like is the texture of mushrooms, I knew that they were in the soup when I purchased the soup but, I really wanted to try it and if I see a mushroom I just pick it out because they do add great flavor.
This soup is a great choice when one wants something off the beaten path! It is an excellent choice that goes well with simple whole-wheat toast for a quick evening meal.

Nice flavor with good amounts of pasta and vegetables. The pasta can fall apart and get too soft if you cook for too long. Nice tasty tomato flavor and beans too.
