I love these! buy them all the time to add to soups, rice, other dishes and it tastes great. I prefer this over the "not chicken" one because there are veggies, vs the other one just having salt, yeast, cane sugar as the main ingredients. iherb has the best price for these! i will continue to buy!
This is delicious as a simple vegetarian broth with nothing else but pasta noodles. I must say I used a whole cube rather than the directions of 1/2 cube to my noodle water. A tasty change from my soy sauce and garlic mustard broth. I love ready made food products. As a vegan I have learned to make everything from scratch! This is a real treat and a good price! Edward and Sons is awesome!
These are good bouillon cubes, and healthy. They are good for soup, but I add them to my dishes otherwise to make them more savoury, such as stews. The good thing is that these are not as oily as bouillon cubes tend to be. The taste is natural, and makes some seriously good quality broth.

The product arrived well packed and in good condition. Quality was as expected, and everything tasted fresh and pleasant. Portion size is reasonable, and it’s easy to store and use. Packaging keeps the product well preserved. Overall, this is a good everyday item and offers decent value for the price. I’d consider repurchasing.

I’m really happy with these vegetarian, MSG-free bouillon cubes! All the flavors—chicken, beef, and garden—taste surprisingly rich and satisfying without any harmful chemicals. They’re perfect for adding depth to soups, sauces, and everyday cooking. I also love that they keep well in the fridge for a long time, making them super convenient to use whenever I need them. A great clean and flavorful alternative to regular bouillon cubes!
I have tried our many different types of stock cubes and this is by far my favorite in terms of balanced flavor profile and natural taste. It does not taste too salty. I usually use half to 2/3 of a cube for cooking a 4 serving pot of soup. It has been my 3rd purchase and I’ll definitely buy again.
I use these cubes to make quick vegetable stock for cooking, but they can also be used to make vegetable soup. I used one cube for about 800 ml of boiling water and the taste was strong. They are not very salty. There is a bit of oil in the cubes, so they are not oil free. There were a few small orange pieces, which I assume were carrots. The risotto I cooked with the stock turned out very tasty.
