I am adding it to my diet because oats are a source of beta glucans. this one lowers bad cholesterol, stabilizes blood sugar, and improves gut health. I soak them at night, I do not cook them. just eat them in the morning without sugar and after eggs. this oats tastes great

I like to use Bob's steel cut oats because I enjoy the chewy pieces of oats in my breakfast cereal. I like to add more water than what is recommended when cooking it. I usually top it with walnuts, blueberries and Greek yogurt. It tastes great! Bob's is a quality product that I highly recommend and use.
