I’ve been ordering these for several years and love them. The quality is consistent between packages. My preferred method is to soak them overnight in water with a pinch of salt and then microwave on 40% power for seven minutes when I wake up and then let them rest for ten minutes. They’re perfectly cooked, soft with a little bit of chew. Every microwave is different but for a busy mom, this is the simplest routine. I add one teaspoon of maple syrup and a generous sprinkle of cinnamon just before I eat them.
