good alternative
This is a good alternative for someone that is vegan. It's very flavorful and adds taste too many dishes. I didn't realize when I purchased this, it was not gluten free. I used to use this all the time before I went gluten free. So beware if you are restricted to a gluten-free diet because it does contain wheat. Since I already purchased it, now my neighbors are enjoying it.
