Great product, does have a nutty taste and taking oil is directly is not going to be everyone's favorite, but there is no better supplement to get this blend of polyunsaturated fats.

Excellent seed oil. Tastes fantastic! Doesn't leave a bad taste in my mouth. No fish taste. Outstanding quality and benefits.
