I try to switch probiotics every few months and use different products. Sometimes I take 50 billion CFU, but 25 billion works perfectly for me.
As a woman, I originally purchased these to support my daily digestive balance and overall feminine wellness. I've used them in the past for general gut health, and now I make sure to include them in my routine while traveling to help maintain regular digestion. I also appreciate that the formulation doesn't include heavy prebiotics, as those can sometimes cause me to feel bloated.

Good vegan probiotic for skin health. Love that it does not have fos/prebiotics.
I keep it refrigerated. I take it early in the morning, at least one hour before food. It helped me with the oxalate issue(as a complex with other supplements).
