These taste great. They are also very healthy for you and in this dry state they can be stored for very long time. Some people even think the mushrooms taste better, more earthy than fresh mushrooms, and you don’t lose any of the health benefits.
The mushrooms look so good and I'm saving some for days when grocery shelves are sparse. They have a great taste and are a superfood which we do not enjoy often enough!
These mushrooms are wonderful after being reconstituted. I have put them in my split pea soup after cutting up, they tasted great. I have used them in mushroom gray at Thanksgiving and they taste wonderful.
These are excellent, and great to have on hand for all kinds of dishes. I like to keep two on hand at all times.
