My daughter and I both eat gluten-free, and Tinkyada is our favorite brand of gluten-free pasta. These spaghetti noodles are so good that when I asked my hubby to check and see if his spaghetti noodles (with gluten) were done, he grabbed one of these gluten-free noodles and said, "Yep. They're pefect!" They do get a bit dry by the next day in the fridge, so I always stir in some water when I'm putting away the leftovers. I love that these (and Tinkyadas other GF pastas) are always boiled to perfection in exactly 15 minutes! It makes it easy for me to plan dinner accordingly.
